Office of Population Affairs announces multiple grants.
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced the awarding of $6 million in grants for family planning research. Eleven universities and non-profit organizations will be using funding provided by three grant programs administered by the Office of Population Affairs; the Title X Family Planning Research Grant; the Teenage Pregnancy Prevention Evaluation and Research Grant; and the Research-to-Practice Center Grant.
“These new research grants will provide insights that will help our community partners provide essential, client-centered reproductive health services,” said Assistant Secretary for Health Rachel Levine, Assistant Secretary for Health.
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For Assistant Secretary Levine to seek God’s guidance as HHS supports family planning.
- For Deputy Assistant Secretary Jessica Swafford Marcella as she oversees the Office of Population Affairs and directs the Office of Adolescent Health.
- For wisdom for the president and his administration as they set policy regarding families and reproductive health.
